1. What Do Clients Receive?
Clients receive custom, exclusive leads, meaning that each marketing campaign is set up specifically for each individual’s client business. Leads are not sold to any other entity other than the Client.
2. What’s in the Set-Up Fee?
The Set-Up consists of the following:
Creating a marketing domain specifically for each Client’s custom driven lead campaign. This protects Clients from prospective client’s bad reviews generated from DVC’s PPL program efforts. This includes:
- i. Purchasing the Marketing Domain URL; and,
- Creating all of the messaging for the ads as well as the landing page and Opt-In page; and,
- Designing, building out, and hosting the Marketing Domain’s Landing Page and associated Opt-In campaign form/s, and Lead Magnet; and,
- Setting up the marketing campaign to run at peak performance.
3. What’s in the Monthly Management Fee?
The Monthly Fee consists of the following:
- i. Creation and management of General B2C or B2B Lists; and,
- Optimizing campaigns. This means increasing volume of submissions, tweaking the messaging, changing the timings of messaging, etc.; and,
- Tracking campaign results; and,
- Generating and delivering performance reports; and,
- General campaign maintenance and management.
4. What is a Verified Lead?
A “Verified Lead” is defined as a Lead that has an accurate “Name”, “Phone”, and “Email” who has Opted-In to the Client’s custom marketing campaign.
5. What is a Lead Budget Account (LBA)?
DVC uses an electronic wallet system called a Lead Budget Account or “LBA” to manage the Client’s Verified Lead accounting. Clients prepay for each custom Verified Lead based on funds available from their Lead Budget Account.
6. How does the Lead Budget Account (LBA) work?
- Initial LBA Funding Amount: Once DVC turns the Client’s custom lead generation campaign “live”, in order for Client to start receiving Verified Leads, DVC charges Client’s authorized credit card or checking account the authorized “Initial LBA Funding Amount”. Once funds have been successfully processed into Client’s LBA, Client will start to receive custom Verified Leads from DVC.
- Each Verified Lead distributed to Client reduces the LBA balance according to the Verified Lead Price stated above.
- LBA Auto-Replenishment Amount: Client defines the “Auto-Replenishment Amount”, the amount that is charged to Client’s LBA to increase the LBA balance sufficient to continue to receive Verified Leads.
- LBA Auto-Replenishment Trigger Amount: Clients defines the LBA Auto-Replenishment Trigger Amount, the amount when the LBA balance is at or below this amount, then DVC will automatically charge the Client’s LBA the LBA Replenishment Amount. The LBA Auto-Replenishment Trigger Amounts helps ensure that lead distribution is never delayed or stopped.
- Monthly Maximum LBA Spend Amount: Clients define a “Monthly Maximum LBA Spend Amount”, the maximum budgeted amount per calendar month that Client wishes to invest in Verified Leads. Once the Monthly Maximum LBA Spend Amount has been reached and the LBA balance has zero funds available, Verified Lead distribution will be halted until the next calendar month. In such cases, on the first day of the new month, the Auto-Replenishment Amount will automatically be charged, and Client’s Verified Lead distribution will once again continue.
- Clients can update the “LBA Auto-Replenishment Amount”, the “LBA Auto-Replenishment Trigger Amount”, or the “Monthly Maximum LBA Spend Amount” at any time.
7. How does Lead Delivery work?
Leads are captured 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year from our messaging platform. When your leads come in through our marketing funnels, they are manually reviewed and verified. Verified Leads are distributed to Clients via email three times per day, Monday through Friday, by 8am, 12pm, and 4pm PST.
8. Can I have DVC deliver Verified Leads directly into my CRM?
Yes, in most cases, our development team can connect our platform to your CRM at the cost of $80/hour.
9. How does DVC arrive at the Verified Lead Price?
For businesses that are able to market to DVC’s general B2B or B2C lists, DVC is able to deliver Verified Leads for the stated price above. For businesses that use Specialized Lists (ie “Dentists”, “Homeowners”, or “Locally Targeted Geographies”), DVC reserves the right to increase the stated Verified Lead Price based on live supply/demand ad bids, or having increased costs to procure the Client’s Specialized List, and the size and difficulty of Client’s target market which may not be known to DVC at the time of this Proposal draft. In such situations, DVC will notify Client of any Verified Lead Price increases in writing within 15 days of signing up, and Client will have the option to either accept the Verified Lead Price or cancel and receive a full refund (only in the case that Client does not accept the New Verified Lead Price).
10. Is there a Verified Lead Price Lock?
Yes. DVC agrees not to raise the agreed upon Verified Lead Price for the first 12-Months. Any subsequent increases will be based on increases in DVC’s cost to procure Client’s leads.
12. Why is there a 6-Month Minimum Term
DVC employs the best-of-the-best to design, build, grow, and track our client’s lead funnels. DVC must spend considerable time and research on the Client’s behalf to optimize the lead campaign to perform well. DVC wishes to do business who want long term results, meaning a consistently, high performing lead generation program which will take no less than 6-months to fully optimize.

Your journey begins by meeting your Marketing Coach or “Coach” who is a marketing expert with 10-plus years of full-time digital marketing lead generation experience. Your Coach will ask you questions about your business to gain a firm understanding of your particular business, your market, your goals, and everything relevant to help you achieve them.
2. We Do Our Homework.
After your Coach better understands your business directly from you, then he will lead the charge with our marketing team to perform extensive marketing research to improve our understanding of your particular business and market as it specifically relates to lead generation. What are the best platforms to use to drive the highest quality leads at the lowest possible cost? How do we best position your business to compete and “win” versus your strongest competitors for lead generation market share? What value propositions will garner the highest interest to your best potential customers? What is the most effective way to turn “Cold Contacts” into “Warm/Hot Leads” who are excited for you to reach out to them? These are just some of the questions that we must know the correct answers to before we start building your lead generation strategy, model, and machine.

Next, armed with answers to our most relevant lead generation questions, we build a custom lead generation model that is the blueprint for the team to build your lead generation machine. All DVC team members assigned to your account… copywriters, graphic designers, web page builders, backend tech guys, as well as your Coach will all follow and implement.

5. We dial in and turn on your lead producing machine!
Once it’s built, reviewed and tested, we turn it live. Your LBA is charged, and we start your lead generation campaigns. Your Coach assigns your account to a dedicated Customer Success Manager or “CSM” who is responsible for watching your account 24/7, making changes as needed, and optimizing it for daily lead generation success. You and CSM meet for scheduled monthly meetings to discuss your campaign progress. Besides receiving Verified Leads as soon as they arrive, you will also receive weekly performance reports.
6. The Science of Optimization
Your dedicated CSM works daily, optimizing your Lead Generation Machine: fixing inefficiencies, conversion rate optimization, sales copy and more, as they surface on a day-to-day basis. Your dedicated CSM also works with the lead generation team to enhance and improve messaging, web development, and backend tech related fixes. Experienced, successful, high ROI lead generation campaigns require a 6-month process that you and your dedicated CSM travel together.
